Waikiki Condos: Darmic Waikiki Banyan Review
If you’re planning a dream vacation to Hawaii, and looking for Waikiki condos, I can tell you that Darmic Waikiki Banyan is a perfect choice. I just enjoyed a lovely four nights there, and I’d recommend it to anyone.
These self-catering one bedroom condos have everything you need for a vacation to Hawaii. The thing I loved most about the condo was the location. It was a short one block walk to Waikiki Beach, and yet, I was never disturbed by noise, something that is hard to find in Waikiki.
All of the condos at Darmic Waikiki Banyan are one-bedroom, and the condo was much larger than I expected. The living room was spacious and comfortable. I had a corner unit, so I had a separate kitchen with a view of Diamond Head from the kitchen window. The kitchen was fully stocked with flatware, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, so I could have cooked an entire meal quite easily.
The bed was comfortable, and the closet had plenty of extra blankets and sheets in case I needed more. There were also plenty of towels and a beach towel for me. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed.
There were Bath & Body Works products in the bathroom, plenty of things to start my stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, and even milk in the refrigerator for my coffee in the morning.
I especially loved my lanai with a partial ocean view. It was a lovely place to sit and stare at the view while I had my coffee each day.
The Darmic Waikiki Banyan also has a lovely swimming pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court that doubled as a basketball court, and coin-operated grills for those who want to BBQ. It’s definitely a perfect place for families to enjoy Waikiki, as there is also a playground for kids to enjoy. There are also coin-operated laundry machines on each floor, which make it a very convenient place to stay.
One of the best perks was the parking fee. If you are visiting Hawaii, I absolutely recommend renting a car and seeing the rest of Oahu. In Waikiki, though, the parking can cost up to $25 a day. But, at the Darmic Waikiki Banyan, it only cost $10 for the entire time that I parked my car.
Maureen, one of the managers, couldn’t have been more lovely. She was always available whenever I needed anything, and was so friendly. She really helped make my stay even better, and is someone who knows what it means to show the Aloha spirit.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again at the Darmic Waikiki Banyan, and I will fondly remember my time there.

I would like to thank Darmic Waikiki Banyan for hosting me. As always, all opinions are my own, and I have not been influenced in any way.
