If you’re looking for a Kona vacation rental that is peaceful and feels like a true retreat from the rest of the world, I highly recommend the Kona Hula Girl. It is only a ten minute walk from Alii Drive and the farmer’s market. Don’t miss the farmer’s market. You won’t find better mangoes or papayas anywhere else. You usually have to pay to park anywhere close to Alii Drive, so I enjoyed the easy walk down and being able to explore some of the waterfront restaurants and shops. If you’re planning on a vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii, there are a lot of Kona condos to choose from. I highly recommend staying at this rental  at the Kona Isles Condos. The oceanfront location right on Alii Drive is perfect. The corner unit on the ground floor is so relaxing and peaceful. I found myself not wanting to leave the condo because the beach in front has such soothing waves. I loved falling asleep to them each night and waking up to them each morning.
