Tasting Oaxaca
I walked the colorful city of Oaxaca’s roads, its streets, its paths, and made some of my own. I walked until even the bones in my feet ached with each step and, yet, the tips of my toes were crying out with joy for each soulful (soleful) thing they saw. Oh, Mexico!! The very word conjures up thoughts of gorgeous beaches, some of the best food I’ve ever tasted, beautiful passionate people, colorful markets, and a place, that everytime I go, I say that I will never leave. Mexico is definitely a place that I’m not through exploring yet. Another great thing about Mexico is that it is very affordable. The price of hotels, food, and transportation is very reasonable. Los Colibris Casitas
Todos Santos, Mexico was one of those charming places that captivated me the minute I arrived. If you stay at Los Colibris Casitas, you will never want to leave. I stayed in the La Chucha Casista and was captivated by the stunning view, the rooftop terrace, but more than anything by the genuine hospitality of Bryan and Sergio. In fact, it was staying here that made me want to open my own quaint little hotel and just maybe, one day, if I can stay in one place long enough, I will.
