Thailand
Thailand is one of those exotic places where all the senses are aroused at once. The scent of jasmine intoxicates the mind while delicious foods, sizzling on grills and woks, constantly beckon your mouth to taste them. It can be full of activity, or you can find yourself on a remote beach with nothing but the sound of the ocean waves to lull you to sleep. Thailand, just the word, causes me to smile and my stomach to growl. Thailand is also very easy to get around in to see its many different parts. Happy On A Local Beach In Phuket!
I had my fill of Phuket’s hectic energy, so I chartered a tuk tuk to take me to one of the more local beaches. (A great hint for traveling is always ask your cab or tuk tuk driver for the best beach and also the best food!) And, local it was, me being one of the few tourists (thank God!). Phuket-How I Created My Own Sanctuary Among The Crowds
Stepping onto the island of Phuket was a bit like stepping into a very beautiful house. A spa where you can go stick your feet in the water and have the fish nibble the dead skin off of your feet? They’ve got it. A store that sells fake iPads for$100? That’s there, too. I was…

Belize Food-Ambergris Caye and Caye Caulker
The food of Belize is incredible. With its fresh seafood, ceviche, conch fritters, and street stands serving jerk chicken and pupusas, you could easily spend your entire time eating. Good thing there’s a beautiful beach to distract you! Unless otherwise noted on the captions, these restaurants are found on Ambergris Caye.

Los Colibris Casitas
Todos Santos, Mexico was one of those charming places that captivated me the minute I arrived. If you stay at Los Colibris Casitas, you will never want to leave. I stayed in the La Chucha Casista and was captivated by the stunning view, the rooftop terrace, but more than anything by the genuine hospitality of Bryan and Sergio. In fact, it was staying here that made me want to open my own quaint little hotel and just maybe, one day, if I can stay in one place long enough, I will. They gave me all kinds of advice about where to eat and what to do while I was there.…
